My friend shasya (nickname),often skip english class.Because classes start at 4pm shasya always behind the hostel and when the class had started,slowly feeling will arise.So, was the cause of shilla always skip english class.    
       
       So,i advised him not to back the hostel.It was boring but the spare time that can be used for sleeping or revise lessons like the saying goes "time is gold"

The names of heroes in my life was Joseph the father of my own,he is my inspiration and my hero.Moment he was always there i need,always make up my lack of time and always supported me in prayer even though we rarely together.Many things that he has sacrificed time,energy and money.I choose my father as a hero because he was stoic face trials.My mom wanted to run away from her divorced parents grounded me and been with another man.Although difficult,my father never took action         
 and he persevered unwise to raise us brothers and sisters.I am proud to have a hero like my father.

PERFECT HEALTHY LIFE STYLE
    

Throughout life, we often reminded of the importance health for ourselves.From small parents taught us with words like "ah this is good for health" or not " smoke because it is harmful to health".Health is a priority for the school year and often require a student to engage in extra-co curriculum activities such as sports or uniformed bodies.Is this called a perfect a lifestyle???? Maybe!!But for me,everyone should live their own lifestyle.Although the basic nutrition and exercise is based on scientific facts, the way we it is up to individuals.Choices in their own hands.Healthy lifestyle does not necessarily involve proper diet and exercise everyday.We need to live in balance physically,spiritually,socially and mentally.But once again,balance is determined by individual.Finally, a balance should give happiness to you.First time,we try aerobic exercise for 20 minutes,at least three a week.Collect other friends to play football,netball,futsal,badminton and so on.If you are lazy to go outside,you can exercise at home,such as                      
 skipping and dancing.The second,control diet.eating when hungry and stop full.Cut sweet and fatty foods.Indeed,these foods are very tempting,but remember that it is not good for you!Therefore,we must adopt the practice for the perfect lifestyle.

We as human beings,not all born perfect.So,we should be thankful for the perfect birth.I as if God created
human, has a sense of responsibility towards the people.Especially to people with disabilities(OKU), the
elderly and victims of violence.I will feel proud when i can help,although i do not use the money.I am quite

pleased to help the blind cross the road.I also want to help disaster victims who are aware of human.As distress of others,we could provide assistance with the collection of donations.Donations will go to extended natural disaster victims in need and crave to continue life on earth is God's creation.Assistance contributed not only focused on money,but for other assistance such as medicines,clothing and food are also needed.After disaster strikes,disaster victims would not have proper equipment to live because of all their property was destroyed by catastrophe.I very sympathetic to the fate versa.I was only capable of doing to others.

FAVORITE AND SPECIAL HOBBY

Each person in the world have their own interest or hobby to do when they have free time . So do I . I also have my favorite things to do when i have free time . Firstly , I like to dance . Dancing is my life . Whenever I go and if I hear a beat , I will automatically dance but not to obvious . I just can't helped it . I love dancing so much . I also dance when I feel depressed or having a problem . By dancing , I can reduce my stress and do not think too much about it . Secondly , I like to sing too . I will sing no matter where , when and with who . But usually , I will only sing when I was in a good mood . If that time I was moody , then I will not sing even if the song that was played is my favorite song . Well , it is not always happens . I am a happy go lucky girl . Next , I also love to sleep . Usually , I will take my nap after I sing a song . I know its not good to take a long nap but I just feel want to go to the dreamland when I am singing . Its actually makes me sleepy . But I still love to sleep . Last but not least , I love to eat very much . Yummy ! I always cook at my house and enjoy eating food that I already cook . I always have my appetite to eat .
