UFS101-3rd Reflection Topic

PERFECT HEALTHY LIFE STYLE
    

Throughout life, we often reminded of the importance health for ourselves.From small parents taught us with words like "ah this is good for health" or not " smoke because it is harmful to health".Health is a priority for the school year and often require a student to engage in extra-co curriculum activities such as sports or uniformed bodies.Is this called a perfect a lifestyle???? Maybe!!But for me,everyone should live their own lifestyle.Although the basic nutrition and exercise is based on scientific facts, the way we it is up to individuals.Choices in their own hands.Healthy lifestyle does not necessarily involve proper diet and exercise everyday.We need to live in balance physically,spiritually,socially and mentally.But once again,balance is determined by individual.Finally, a balance should give happiness to you.First time,we try aerobic exercise for 20 minutes,at least three a week.Collect other friends to play football,netball,futsal,badminton and so on.If you are lazy to go outside,you can exercise at home,such as                      
 skipping and dancing.The second,control diet.eating when hungry and stop full.Cut sweet and fatty foods.Indeed,these foods are very tempting,but remember that it is not good for you!Therefore,we must adopt the practice for the perfect lifestyle.
