 WORD:POVERTY
 MEANING:deprives people not only of safe water and adequate food,clothing and  shelter,but also education and healthcare
EXAMPLE:one of the goals of vision 2020 is to eliminate poverty 
          
 WORD:DESTITUTION
MEANING:the state of being deprived of anything,the state or condition of being destitute,needy,or without poverty,utter want,as,the inundation caused general destitution
EXAMPLE:victims of natural disasters due to the destitute of their disaster
      
 WORD:  INABILITY
MEANING:lack of ability (especially mental ability) to do something and lacking to power to perform
EXAMPLE:the top using the lower level to their inability
    
WORD:INCAPABLE
MEANING:wanting in ability or qualification for the purpose or end in view,not large enough to contain or hold,deficient in physical strength,mental or moral power,not capable,in incapable of holding a certain quantity of liquid,incapable of endurance and comprehension
EXAMPLE:he seems to be incapable of leaning anything 
    
WORD: STARVATION
MEANING:the act of starving,or the state of being starved
EXAMPLE:they died of starvation
   
WORD:DEPRIVATION
MEANING:the state of  being deprived,privation,loss,want and bereavement
EXAMPLE:most of  the villagers could not bear the expense of their child's school because the are deprivation

WORD:DEAR
MEANING:a projecting portion of a rampart or fortification that forms an irregular pentagon attached at the base to the main work
EXAMPLE:there is a dearth of good actresses in this country

WORD:THWART
MEANING:a crosspiece spreading the gunnels of a boat,used as a in a rowboat
EXAMPLE:the police managed to thwart the plot against the king 
   
WORD:FAMINE
MEANING:a severe shortage (especially a shortage of food)
EXAMPLE:some parts of the world suffec  frequently from famine 

WORD:DROUGHT
MEANING:a temporary shortage of rainfall and a prolonged shortage
EXAMPLE:the reservoir dried up completely during the drought
